Rainer's Cafe + Bar began as an art gallery and cafe junction prior to working with Barrett Construction. We transformed the former art gallery into a jazz bar by reconfiguring the space and creating a vestibule area. We also renovated the cafe to create an updated and artistic atmosphere for both patrons and staff.

Barrett Construction worked with Fortis on the Fortis East location in Greenville, South Carolina. We transformed the interior of a Historic Downtown Greenville storage building into a functional office space by carefully restoring natural brick, wood and select features of the original elevator. We added new features to the space such as a spiral staircase and a common staff area.

The Brand Leader’s Greenville, SC location was previously housed in a traditional office space on the second floor of a three-story building. Barrett Construction completed renovation of the second-story to create a more collaborative industrial environment for the marketing agency. We worked with spiral duct work, reclaimed wood and storefront windows to achieve this look while maintaining an open-floor plan and building integrity.
