Mark Barrett | Founder of Barrett Construction
Mark Barrett is an SC Upstate-based General Contractor with an impressive 34 years of construction experience under his belt. His journey in the construction industry began in 1990 when he started working full-time in the field. Over the years, Mark has honed his skills and expertise, eventually earning the title of Superintendent for Harper Corporation in 1997.
In 2009, Mark made the leap to independent work and co-founded Barrett Merrell Construction in 2012. The year 2020 marked a new chapter in his career as Mark transitioned to Barrett Construction, where he now operates the business solo.
Born in Hiawassee, Georgia, Mark was raised in Greenville, SC. Throughout his career, he has built strong professional relationships with individuals and companies known for delivering top-quality work. Mark trusts these connections to consistently provide excellent results, often hiring them for specific tasks on his job sites. With a reputation for reliability and excellence, Mark Barrett continues to excel in the construction industry.
